This site is deliberately simple. It does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no accounts or sign-up forms. This page explains the little data that does move, and who to ask about it.
Who we are
Glitched Labs is an independent security research lab for embodied AI and robotics. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].
What we collect
When you book a scan or email us
The “Book a scan” buttons open a booking form hosted by Typeform. The contact address opens your own email app. We only receive what you choose to send: your email address, your name if you give it, and your answers or message. We use it to reply, to scope any work you ask about, and to keep a record of that conversation.
When you visit the site
Our hosting provider (currently Cloudflare) receives the technical details every web server sees: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser and device type. These are used to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
Cookies and storage
The site does not set cookies and does not store data in your browser.
Third parties
- Google Fonts. Our typefaces load from Google’s servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Typeform. Our booking form is hosted by Typeform, which processes your answers and the technical details of your visit to the form. See Typeform’s privacy policy.
- Links elsewhere. We link to GitHub, our documentation, X, and the original sources behind each item in Signals. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we do not control them.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to provide and secure the site, and to run our business. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in doing these things, and on taking steps you ask for before entering into an agreement.
How long we keep it
Emails and booking form responses are kept for as long as the conversation or any resulting work needs them, and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short time under its own settings. Ask us at any time to delete your emails or form responses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is for professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If we change what the site collects, we will update this page and the date above.
